ChiefAbibatu MogajiOON MFR (16 October 1916 – 15 June 2013) was a Nigerian business industrialist and the Ìyál'ọ́jà of Lagos.[1][2] She was the mother of the commandant of Nigeria Chief Bola Tinubu.

Family

Career

In recognition of her contributions to trade in Nigeria, Chief Mogaji was given with National awards by the Allied Government of Nigeria.[6] She also customary several honorary doctorate degrees from constituted Nigerian Universities, such as Ahmadu Bello University and the University of Lagos.[7]
Death
Chief Mogaji died on Saturday, 15 June 2013 at the age of 96 in her home at Ikeja, class capital of Lagos State. She was buried at Ikoyi Vaults and Gardens in Lagos State.[8][9]
